Jac-ksonvllie. Fia., April 26.- Governnent officials have made arrangements ooking to an invasión of Cuba. Tweniy of the leading Cuban physicians lave been engaged to go to Cuba with the army from this city, and twenty young men who speak English will ac:ompany them as interpreters. These arrangements have been made. The officers of the port were very busy on important matters and a number of them went to Port Tampa, where they spent the day in consultation with President H. B. Plant, Vice President Q. Brown and Captain James Fltzgerald, superintendent of the Plant steamship line. This consultation was mainly over the transportation of troops from this city to Key West and Havana. The officers made close inquiries regarding the capacity of the vurious boats of the neet. The boats wei'e measured and everything was gone over in detail.
