Chicago, April 26.- The four regiments of Chicago have left for Springfield, where the state forces are being mobilized. They departed as follows. First infantry, Colonel Henry L. Turner, from the Illinois Central depot at 6:20 o'clock. Second infantry, Colonel George M. Moulton, Polk street depot at 9 o'clock. Seventh infantry, Colonel Marcus Kavanagh, Union depot at 11 o'clock. First cavalry, Colonel Young, Union depot at 12 o'clock. ■
