Jacksonville, Fia., April 26.- The story of a naval battle off Palm beach Friday afternoon Is explained by the arrival of the schooner Chauncey E. Burke, from Havana. The captain reports having been fired on and chased by a Spanish gunboat off the beach at the time mentioned.
