At a session of the Probate Courtfor the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of May in the year one thoueand eight hundred and ninetyPresent, H. On reading and filing the petitlon, duly verifled, of Bernard Murphy, praying that administration of said estáte may be granted to him6elf or some other suitable person.
