Estáte of Mary Norton. STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor. on Tuesday, the 3rd day of May in the yearone thoufand eight hupdredand ninetye'present, H. WIKT NEWKIRK, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Mary Norton, deceased. On reading and fiïing the petition, duly verifled, of Bernard Murphy, praying that administration of saicl estáte may be granted to himself or some other suitable person. Tbereupon it is ordered ihat Saturday. the 28th day of May next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, andthatlhe heirs at luw of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in 6aid estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus. a newspaper printed aml circulated in said cqunty, three succeesive weeks previous to said day of hearing:. At a session of the Probate Conrt for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the 4tli day of May ín the year one thóusand eight hundred and nincty-eight. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of William McCalIum deceased. David S. McHenney the administratorof said estáte comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render hls final account as such administrator. Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday, the Sist day, of May next, at ten o'clock in the foreuoon, be aesigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are mi ui red to appcar at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in Hie City of Ann Arbor. ín said County, and show cauce, if any there be, wby the said account should not be allowed. And It is furtber ordered that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing tbereof, by causing a copy of this order to be publlshed in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and circulatmg in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Notice is hereby given, that by an order Of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, made on the Í8th day of April, A. 19; 1898. six months trom that date were allowed for oreditors to present t.heir claims against the estáte of Isaac Suddeby, late of said County, deceased, and that all creditors of eaid deoeased are requ ired to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the Uty of Ann Arbor, for examlnation and allowance. on or before the 18th day of October next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court. on the 18th day of July and on the 18th day of October next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days. Theundersigned having been appointed by the Probate Court for said County, Commissioners to recetve, examine and adjust all claims and demands of all persons againstthe estáte of Isaac Dunn, late of said County, deceased, hereby give notice that six months from date are allowed, by order of said Probate Court, for creditors to present their claims against the estáte of said deooased, and that they will meet at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor in said County, onfaturday the 16th day of July and on Saturday the ]fth day of October next, at ten o'clock A.
