Since the shutting off of information from the cavy department, tbere bas been bnt little war news, bnt this rnorning the hostile fleets in Cuban waters have been looated. Aid. Cervera and bis Cape Verde fleet bave arlived safely at Santiago de Cnba on the sontheastern ooast of Cnba, where be will ooal. Sampson and Schley are both at Key West, where divers have been emloyed to clean the bottoms of their sbips. It is thonght that the nnited fleet will be divided again, Sampson taking the larger cruisers and battleships to attaok Cervera at Santiago de Cnba aüd Schley taking the monitors and smaller veBsels to Havana. A dispatoh from Madrid says tbat Cervera after coaling will sail for Havana. A battle may occur in anotber week by whioh time Admiral Dewey will probably have captnred Iliolo the second largest port in the Phillipines. The Harvard has left the ieland of Martiniqne and the Spanish torpedo destróyer Terror is waiting for the reqnired 24 honrs to elapse before going after her. The Oregon and consorts have been reportad at the Barbadoes.
