Washington, May 2S.- The president sent to the senate a long list of nominations for brigadier generáis. Among the civilians in the Hst are Charles Fitz Simons of Illinois, Fred D. Grant ofNew York, Harrison Gray Otis of California, Henry M. Duffleld of Michigan. Charles King of Wisconsin and William J. McKee of Indiana. The full list is as follows:
