Key West, Fia., May 31. - Advices received here from the American fleets are that an effort will soon be made to draw out the Spanish squadron. Tu this end the bombardment of the forti - fications at Santiago may soon be ordered. Naval officers here are jubilam at the bottling up of Cervera's fleet. They say the Spanish ships will never return to Spain. Kingston, Jamaica, May 31.- A hot, exchange of dispatches between Commodore Schley and Washington has taken place during the last thirty-six hours and an important movement of Schley's fleet is expected soon. The auxiliary cruiser Yale put in here Sáturday, receiving and sending cablegrams. The Eagle and the Harvard have been in Jamaica waters several times, acting as dispatch boats. Key West, Fla„ May 31.- News received here from Santiago de Cuba says the auxiliary cruiser St. Paul has cut the cable off that port. : Another prize has been captured. She is the Spanish bark Maria Dolores of Bilbao. She was overhauled by one of the American cruisers, six miles off Porto Rico.
