Mrs. Morris Day and daughter, Imo Bell, have been visiting her sister Mrs John Harwood. The Pittsfield Union Sabbath school will hold its Ghildren's Day services nest Sonday, June 12. All are inivted to attend. The Ladies' Aid Society meeting held at Mrs. John Harwood 's Thursday afternoon, Jnne 2, was largely attended. The next meeting will be held at Mrs. William Jarvis, Jnly 7. The Grove sohnol closed for the summer vacation June 4. The room was very prettily trimmed acd a fine program was listened to by a nnmber of parents and friends, after whioh Master Gay Miller presentad the teacher, Cari Alban, witb a nice book in behalf of the echool. Bnt one received a diploma, Miss Ida Combs.
