At a seesion oí the Probate Court for the County of Wasntenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday the 16th day of May, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Arthur Coe, deceased. On reading and h'ling the petition, duly veriflfd, of GeorgeCoe, praying thatpartttion be had in the real estáte whereof said deceased died seized, and that Commiesioner6 may be appointed for that purpoee. Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the 13th day of Jnue next, at ten o'clock m the forenoon, obe assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, a-re required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayeroftbe petitioner sbouldnot be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing tbereof, by causing acopy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Barry, Oounty Drain Commissloner of the County of Wasfiteuaw, State of Michigan, will, on the 21st day of June, A. D. it8, at the lower end of drain, in the Township of Augusta, ac nine o'clock in the lorenoon of that day, proceed to reeeive bids for the cleauing out of a certain drain known anfl debignated as "The Stearley Drain," located and established in the said Township of Augusta, and described as fol lows to-wit: Commencing at the upper end of said drain on section line between sections 21 and 22, and running in an easterly direction along the iiue of said drain two hundred and thirty-two (232) rods. Said job will be let by seetions. The aection at the outlet of the draiu will be let flrst, and remaining sections ín their order up stream, in accerdanee with the diagram now on file with the other papers pertaining to said drain, in the office of the County Drain Commissioner towhich reference may be had by all parties interested, and bids will be made ana reeeived accordiugly. Contraets will be made with the lowest responsible bidder giving adequate seeurity for the performance of the work. m a sum then and there to be h'xed by me, resei ving to myself the right to reject any and all bids. The dale for the completion of such contract, aud the terms of payment therefor, shail be announced at the time and place of letting. Notice is further hereby elven, that at the time and place of said letting, or at such other time and place thereafter to which I, the Drain Commissioner aforesaid, may adjouru the same, the assessments for beneflts and the lands comprised within the "Stearley Draiu Special Assessment District," will be subject to review lor one day, from nine O'clock in the forenoon until five o'clock in the afternoon.
