Another drowuing fatality ooonrred iu the Hnion liver on Saturday evening. Albert F. Buohholz, a youug man 19 years of age, wfao Jived with his widowed mother at 503 N. Asbley st., and was employed íd the organ factory, weDt down the river on his return home froin work to take a bathe. He went out aloue in a small rowboat and while not inuch of a swimmer enjoyed bathing by jumping into the water and arising to the surface oatohing hold of the sides of tbe boat. it is supposed tbat on Saturday eveuing he was doing this and was suddenly seized with a cramp, as a man named Standish, who was fisbing along the bank, heard a heavy splash and lookiug op saw a row boat in tbe river. He waited for a couple or three minutes and not noticing auybody come np, went irutnediately to Mr. Tessmer's honse and reported the oceurrence. Tbe boat was overbanled aDd in it was found Bnchholz's clothing and tbe soap be bad taken along to wash himself witb. A search for tbe body was at once commenced but it was uot until Sunday morning at 8 o'clock tbat tbe body was fonod and taken to Dieterle's ondertaking rooms where au inqueet was held and a verdict of accidental drownLDg retnrned. The fnueral services ere held at bis late borne on Monday.
