Friday afternoon abont 2 o'olook Rose L. Sutter, danghter of T. L. Sutter, the boilermaker, of 719 N. Main st, was frightfuliy bnrned with gasoline and her injuries were of so serious a nature that sbe died at the University hospital the nest raorning. The girl, who was only 18 years oíd, was employed at the home of Mrs. Charles H. Spring, 326 S. Pifth ave., as a domestio. She was alone in tbe kitchen at the tinifl of tbe aooident and how it happened is a matter of oonjecture, but it was probably oaused by filling tbe tank of tbe gasoliue stove. Mrs. Spring was taking a nap when she was awakened by a terrilbe ory from the kitohen. On goine tbere she found the poor girl in an agony of tortura had rushed from tbe house and endeavored to get in at a neigbbor's. Assistancu quiokly came in and the girl was rolled in the tall grass and blankets thiown over her, but not until her faoe, ohest, baok and arms had been tornbly burned. She was at once removed to the university hopital, wfaere it was fonnd that her injuries were so great that her life was despaired of from the first. She died about 2 o'olook Saturday mcraing.
