Jefferson City, Mo., June 14.- The supreme court en banc has granted a ■writ of ouster in the case of the trust companies of this state recently prooeeded agrainst by the attorney general for violating the state banking law. The attorney general brought suit to nulify the charters of the trust companies because they were dolng buslnegs ae banks.
