Key West, Fia., June 21.- A vessel which arrived here from the blockadlng fleet off Havana reports that there have been no incidents worth noting excepting occasional shooting from Morro castle and the land batteries. Three searchlights have been mounted on the fortiflcations- one at Cojimar, one at the Morro, and one at the Reina battery. On Friday last three Spanish gunboats and some larger vessels, apparently merchantmen, left Havana harbor and proceeded eastvard, close inshore. The auxiliary gunboat Maple fired upon the Spanish ships, and they returned to port and have not since attempted a sortie.
