Notice is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, made on the llth day of June, A. D. 1898, six months from that date were allowed ior creditors to present their claims asainst the estáte of Mary Norton, late of said County, deceased,. and that all creditors of said deceaeed are required to preeent their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate office in the city of Ana Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or bef ore the 12th day of December next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court, on the 12th day of September, 1898, and on the 12tb day of December, ]898, next, at ten o'clock iii the forenoon of each of said days. Present, H. WIET NBWKIRK, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Charles Binder, deceased. On reading and the petltlon, duly verifled, of Chas. V. Binder, praying that idministratlon of said estáte may be granted to Albert Manu orsomeother suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Saturday, the 2nd day of July next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assignod for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then o be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any therebe, why the prayer of the petiioner should not be granted. And it s further ordered that said petitioner five notice to the persons interestecï n said estáte, of the pendeney of said petiion, and the hearing thereof, by causing a opy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and cirulated in said county, three successivo weeks previous to said day of hearing.
