New Wisconsin National Guard

Madison, Wis., June 28. - Adjutant General Boardman yesterday selected companies from the following places to form the state National Guard. and notifled the company officers that their tender of services had been accepted: Kenosha, Oeonomowoc, Port Washington, Waupaca, Reedsburg, Milwaukee (two companies), Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, Rhinelander, Rice Lake and Ashland. In sending the notification General Boandman stated that the selection of the companies to make up the National Guard did not necessarily indícate that they would be sent to the front in the event of a third cali.
