Port Said, July 1.- The Spanish fleet under the command of Admiral Cámara fcaB not yet sailed. It is reported that he is awaiting the arrival of three colliers and that the admiral will leava nis torpedo boats here. The Egyptian government has given lts sanction to the Spanish fieet coaling from its transports. It had previously prohiblted the fleet from taking on board anything more than coal enough to return to Spain.
