The Regular Annual Revolution

Montevideo, Uruguay, July 6.- A revolution has broken out in the capital. The Fourth regiment of light artillery, headed by General Estevan, has mutined. Firing began early yesterday mornir.g and continued for some hours close to the city. The government has declared the city in a state of siege and has called out the national guards.
