Fatal Accident At Tampa

Tampa, Fia., July 5. - While on guard duty Sunday night Private Spawac, of Battery B, Fifth artillery, was killed by the accidental discharge of hls gun. In the afternoon a teamster attached to the Sixty-ninth regiment lost his life by the drinking of a cup of nitrie acid which he mistook for water.
