At a session of the Probate Court for theCousty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the 20th day of June, in the year one tnousand eight hundred and ninety-eight. Present H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the eetate of Joseph Pray, deceased. Elizabeth Pray executrix of the last wil! and testament of said deceased, comes into court and representa that she is now prepared to rendcr her final account as such executrix.
