Tben it was discov. red that the grading of the roadbed was from a foot te two feet higher than be levol of the ruad. The Springwells oard ordered the company to lower it 8 inches, or be proseouted. Now the Dearborn village conncil, aking the one from the Springwells oard, bas decided to bring snit against ie oompany for having graded 18 nohes higher than the level of the road irongh its townsbip.
