Times: Tbe Caroline Featbers estáte, of Saline, is as big a pióme for the lawyers as the Mollie Bennett case. Jos. Feathers, tbe hnsband, pnt in a claim of $1,800 and it was allowed at 1,300. The estáte appealed the oase to tbe snpreme oourt and it was snstained. The estáte pnt; in a stay of jndgrnent aud íiled a bilí to have Mrs. N. A. Brenuer, of Saline, subrogated as a creditor of Jos. Feathers. Ed. R. Doane had a claim of over $500 allowed in the cironit, and an appeal has been taken to tbe snpreme oonrt. Charles M. Webb, of Lodi, filed a olaim of $345 in tbe probate oonit and it was disallowed, but on ao appeal to the circuit conrt it was allowed. The esate bas now filed a bilí of esoeptions ooking to an appeal to the snpreme oonrt on this claim. Randall & Jones are attorneys for tbe estáte and Arthur Brown and M. J. Lehman are attorneys for the claimants.
