Corn Flour
Corn flour has no resemblance whatever to cornmeal. It looks liketbefinest wheat flour. It is made from the best white cnrn after the corn has the gerru and hnll removed, been thoroughly cleaned, kiln dried and then made into wbat is known in the trade as ordinary while hominy. Erom hominy to flour the treatment is abont the same as in grinding wheat, but it takes several times as much power to grind corn as it does wheat. In its granular nature the flour resembles the spring wheat flour. Corn flour keeps longer than any other gronnd cereal. It has not been known to mold.
