At a eepsion of the Probate Court for theCountyot Washtenaw, holden at the Probate office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the 19th day of July, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight. Present, H. Wlrt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In ithe matter of the estáte of Edward L. Walter, deceased. On reading and flling the petltion duly verifled, of Mary Francés Isom. praying thata certain instrument now on file In this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate and that admlnistration of said estáte may be granted to Walter P. Sherman and Harry O. Crane, the executors in said will named, or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Friday, the 19th day of August next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees and heire at law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a sesslon of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause if any there be, why the prayer of the petitloner should not be granted. And It is further ordered that said petitioner frive notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and clroulated in said oounty three sucees6ive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
