Estáte of John Hagen. QTATE OF MICHIGAN, CODNTY OF J washteuaw, es. At a session of the Probate Conrt for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Saturday, the 6th day of August, in the year one thousand eight hundred and nmety-eight. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judze of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of John Hagen, deceased. f rea Ü. Brown, the administrator of said estáte, comes into court and representa that he is now prepared to render his final account as such administrator. Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the 12th day of September next.at ten o'clock the lorenoon, be aesigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any there be, wby the said account should not be allowed. fi.ná it is further ordered that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing tnereoi, by eausing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Arsrus. a newapaper printed and eirculatmg in said county tb ree suceessive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Present, H. WIET NEWKIRK, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of George E. Seymour, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verifled, of Julia B. Seymour and Millie Seymour, praying that adminlstration of said estáte may be granted to themselves or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Saturday, the lOth day of September next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, De assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons Interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, In the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioners should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioners give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and circulated ín said county, three successive week6 previous to said day of hearing.
