At a session of the Probate Court for the Countyof Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Aun Arbor. on Friday, the 5th day of August in the year oue thousand eight hundred and ninetyeiirht. Present, H. WIRT NEWKIKK, Judse of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of George E. Seymour, deceased. On readinp and flling the petition, duly verifled, of Julia B. Seymour and Millie Seymour, prayins that administration of said estáte may be granted to themaelves or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Saturday, the lOth day of September next, at lüo'olock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that ihe heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a Bession of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cauoe, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioners should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioners jfive notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing: a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed aml circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
