A barrel of oil at the works of the Georgetown (Ky.) gas company exploded, and one building and a quantity of oil were consumed by flre. The oil tank sprung a leak, and workmen had been engaged in pumping the oil into barrels. A lighted candle was passed over the open bunghole of a barrel and an explosión followed.
