At a session of the Prohate Court tor the Oounty of Washtenaw, hold n at the Probate Office in the Citv of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday. the 30th day of August, in the year one thousand eigbt hundred and ninety-eiprht. Present, H.Wirt Newkirk, Judsreof Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Edward H. Clark, deceused. Leonhard Graner, the admitiistrator of said estáte, comes into court and representa that he is now preparcd to render his final account as such administraror. Thereupon it ie ordered that Monday. the 26th day of September next. at 10 o'elock in the forenoon, be assigned for exainining and such account, and that the heirs at law of 6aid deceased and all ot.her persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor in said Couuty, and show cause if auy there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that said administrator g-ive notice to the persous interested in said estáte, of the peudeucy of said account, and the hearing thereof, by a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a ncwspaper printed and circu lating in said county toree suceessive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
