At a session of the Probate Court tor the County of Washtenaw, holien at the Probate Ofüce in the Citv of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the 30th day of August, in the year one thousand eijfht hundred and nlnety-eight. Present. H.Wirt Ne.wkirk, Judire of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Edward H. Clark, deceased. Leonhard Gruner, theadministrator of Baid estáte, comes into court and representa that he ís now prepared to render nis final account as such administrator. Thereupon It is ordered that Monday, the 26th day of September next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examininur and allowin? such account, and that the betre at law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Oiflce, in the City of Ann Arbor in said Count3', and show cause if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is f urther ordered that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pejidency of said account, and the hearing thereor, by causing a copy of this order to be publiehed in the Ann Arbor Arg-us, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county, three Bucceesive weeks prevlous to said day of hearing.
