Public Statement From A Public Man Bon. W. H. Ohley, Ex-Secretary of State of West Virginia, writes au open letter. Charleston, W. Va., Mar. 9, 1898. To ivhom it may concern : 1 ' I most heartily recommend Pe-ru-n as of great benefit in cases of catarrh. It is especially beneficial wherever th mucous membranes are affected. Pe-ru-na has cured thousands of obstinate cases of catarrh, and is perhaps the only efficiënt remedy in existence for catarrhal diseases; but there are countless multitudes of people who are still struggling with catarrh and need help. On readinf? and fllinjr the petition, riuly verified, of Louiee Campell and Anna Gaige, prayingthata certain instrument now on file in this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate and that administraron of said estate may be granted to Louise Campbell, Anna Gaise and Susie Lamb, the executots in said will named, or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the 3rd day of October next, at 10 o'clook in the forenoon, be astigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs at law of said deceased and all other persons interested iu said estáte, are required to appear at a eession of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause if any there be. why the prayer of the petitiouer should not be jrranted. And it is further ordered that said petitiouer frive notice to the pereons Interested In said estáte, of the pendeney of said petilion, and tbe hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Anti Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and circtilated iu said eounty three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
