Notice is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the County of Washlenaw, made on the 19th day of August A. D. 1898. six months from thut date were ailowed for oreditors to present their claims asrainst the estáte of Bdward L. Walter, late of said Couutv, deceased, and that all creditors of said deoeased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, for examlnation and allowauce. on or beforetheSOthday of February next, and that Buch claims will be heard before said Court, on the 19th day of November and on the 20th lay of Kebruary 1899, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the Citv of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the 30th day of August, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eisht. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Edward II. Clark, deceased. Leonhard Gruner, theadministrator of said estáte, comes into court and represente that he Is now prepared to render bis final account as suoh administrator. Thereupon it iB ordered that Monday, the 20th day of September next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examiniusr and sueh account, and that the heirs at law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor in said County, and show cause il' any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that said administrator give notice to the porsons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the thereof, by cau8iug a eopy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and circulatiug in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
