At a session of the Probate Court for theCountyor WaBhtenaw, holden at the Probate wfHce In the City of Aan Arbor, on Wendesday. the Tth day of September in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eigbt. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte oí' Lois A. McMahon, deceased. On reading and flling the petltion, duly verified, of Loui8e Campell and Anna Gaige, praying thata certain instrument now on fue in this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate and tliatadministration of said estate may be granted to Louise Campbell, Anna Gaige and Susie Lamb, the exeeutors in said will named, or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the 3rd day of October next, at 10 o'elock In the fornnoon, be assigned lor the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs at law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court. then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ana Arbor, and show cause if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner shou ld not be granted . And it is further ordered tbat said petitioner grive notice to the pereons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and eireulated in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 8th day of September, in the year one thousaud eight hundred and ninety eight. Present, H . Wirt Newkirk. Judge of Probate In the matter of the Estáte of Phebe A. Wheelock, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verifled, of E. C. Lyke and Wm. A. Robinson, praying that a certain instrument now on file in this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate and that administration of said estáte may be granted to themselves the exeeutors in said will named or to some other suitable person. Thereupou it is ordered, that Monday, the 3rd day of October next, at ten o'elock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of 6aid petition and that the devisees, legatees and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons intere6ted in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at tne Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner siiould not be granted: And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notiee to the persons iuterested in said estáte, of the pendeucy of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor A.rgus, a newspaper printed and eireulated in said County, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
