Will Contest the Bicycle Ordinance.

Prof. Ben D'Ooge, of Ypsilanti, is determined that he shall not be fined or riding his bicycle on the sidewalks of Ypsilanti. He claims that at the point where he rode his wheel on the walk, the street was impassable and that being so he had the right to use the walk. He has accordingly employed an attorney and will make a vigorous defense. It is stated, on the other hand, that the city will endeavor to show that the street was not obstructed and that the professor had been previously warned and had also been previously fined for the same offense. The case will be heard in Justice Childs' court tomorrow and is one which is stirring up considerable feeling.
