H. WIRT NEWKIRK, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of David (Ulmendinger, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly yerified, of Clinton Allmendinger, praying that a certain instrument now on file in tbis 2Ourt, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate and that administration of said sstate may be granted to himself the executor in said will named or some other suitable person. Tbereupon it is ordered that Saturday. the 15th day of October next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitionr should not be granted. And it s further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus. a newspaper printed aml circulated in said county, tbree successive weeks previousto said day of hearing:. Notice is hereby given. that by an order of the Probate Court for the Countv of Washtenaw, made on the 3rd day of October, A. D. 1898, six months from that date were ailowed for creditors to present their claims ag-ainst the estáte of Lois A.
