Sealed Bids For Storm Sewer

     Sealed bids will be received by Glen V. Mills, City Clerk, until Wednesday, October 19th, at 5:30 p. m., for building approximately 800 feet of vitrified crook storm sewer.

    Plans and specifications on file in the City Engineer's office.

     The contractor will be required to furnish a certified check or bond as required by the Board of Public Works equal to the amount of his bid for the faithful performance of the contract and payment of labor and material used in the construction of the improvements.

    No bid will be received unless upon blanks furnished by the City Clerk.

    The City of Ann Arbor reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
