Moran ia nis libel snit for $10,000. Tbis suit grows ont of the bitter personal attacks made by the Register upon the sheriff and singles oot the well advertied article "tamperiDg witb ballots," in whiob the sheriff was cbarged with illegal actions, as libelons. This latter suit will be tried in the .Livingston circnit. The progress of thetwo snits will be watched with interest.
