The Presbyterian church will be dedicated Nov. 27.

The result of the election was generally satisfactory.

Dr. Nichols is enjoying a hunting expedition at Whitmore Lake.

Thanksgiving dinner in the parlors of the new Presbyterian church. A hearty welcome to all.

An interesting football game was played Thursday between the Ann Arbor Locals and the Saline eleven. Score 1 to 5 in favor of the visiting team.

The Methodist fair, held Wednesday afternoon and evening, was an exceedingly pleasant event. Supper was served by the ladies of the church, after which the remaining articles of the fair were sold at auction. The receipts of the evening were something over $70.

The banquet given by the K. O. T. M.'s was socially a success. The evening began with a speech delivered by Hon. Mr. Conner, of Saginaw, after which the friends and guests partook of an elaborate supper. Then followed the toasts, replete with humorous stories and spicy jokes. The guests vote the Maccabees capital entertainers and hope that the good work which they have so ably carried on in the past will be augmented in the future.
