Commissioners' Notice.
STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw- ss.
The undersigned having been appointed by the Probate Court for said County, commissioners to receive, examine and adjust all claims and demands of all persons against the estate of Louise E. Henderson, late of said County, deceased, hereby give notice that six months from date are allowed, by order of the Probate Court, for creditors to present their claims against the estate of said deceased, and that they will meet at the office of T. D. Kearney, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said county, on Tuesday, the 31st day of January, and on Monday, the 1st day of May, next, at ten o'clock a. m. of each of said days, to receive, examine and adjust said claims.

Notice to Creditors.
STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw,- ss.
Notice is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, made on the 3rd day of November, A. D. 1898, six months from that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims against the estate of Phebe A. Wheelock, late of said County, deceased. and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or before the 3rd day of May next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court, on the 3rd day of February and on the 3rd day of June, 1899, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days.

Mortgage Sale.
DEFAULT HAVING BEEN MADE IN THE conditions of a mortgage made by Alta M. Adams to Nellie L. Tyler, dated Sept. 22nd. 1897, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for the County of Washtenaw, and State of Michigan, on the 22nd day of September. A. D. 1897, in liber 89 of mortgage on page 375, on which mortgage there i claimed to be due at the time of this notice the sum of two hundred and twenty-seven dollars and sixteen cents and an attorney's fee of fifteen dollars provided for in said mortgage, and no suit or proceeding at law having been instituted to recover the moneys secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof.
Now, therefore, by virtue of the power of sale contained in such mortgage, and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that on Saturday, the 14th day of January, A. D. 1899, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, the mortgagee will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, at the east front door of the Court House in the City of Ann Arbor, (that being the place where the Circuit Court for Washtenaw County is holden), the premises described In said mortgage, or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the amount due on said mortgage, with eight per cent interest, and all legal costs, together with an attorney's fee of fifteen dollars as covenanted therein, the said premises being described in said mortgage as Lots number fifteen and sixteen in Krause's Addition to the City of Ann Arbor, according to the recorded plat thereof, and being in Washtenaw County, Michigan.

At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office In the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the 14th day of November in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight.
Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate.
In the matter of the estate of Nathan S. Nixon, deceased.
On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Ellen Nixon, praying that the administration of said estate may be granted to herself of some other suitable person.
Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the 12th day of December next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs of law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause. If any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county. three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
