Johana Mead, executrix of the last will and testament of sald deceased, comes into court and represen ts that shc ia now prepared torender her fina account as such executrix. Thereup n itisordered that Wednesday, the 15th day of February next at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be aesit;ned for examininsr and allowing euoh account, and that the devisees, leñatees and heirs at law of said deceased, and all ot her persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear ata session of said Court, thentobe holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in satdCounty, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed.
