Notice is hereby given that the farm of eighty acres, known as the JAMES RICHARDS FARM Located in the Township of Superior, in Washtenaw County, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, on Monday, Jan. 30, '99  At 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
