Estate of John Hagen.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 2d day of February, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Present, H. Wirt Newkirk. Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of John Hagen, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Johanna Hagen praying that the dower of herself, the widow of deceased, may be admeasured and assigned to her out of the real estate whereof the said deceased died seized and for the appointment of commissioners. Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the 27th day of February next, at 10 o'olock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition and that the heirs at law of said deceased and all otber persons interested in said estate are requlred to appear at a sesslon of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notioe to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petltion, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county three suceessive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
