Estáte of John Hagen. OTATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF o Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for tlieCounty ot Washteuaw, holden at the Probate wftice iu the City oi' Aun Arbor, on Thursday, the 2d day of Fehruiry, in the year one thousand eight huudred and ninety-nine. Present, H. vVtrt Newkirk. Judg-e of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of John lianen, deueased. On reading and flling the petltion, duly verifled, of Jobannii Hagen praying that the dower of herself, tbe widow of deceaBed, may be admeasured and assigned to her out of the real estáte whereof tbe said deceased died siezed and for the appointrnent of eornmissioners. Thereupon it is ordered that Mondas', the 27th day of F ebruary next, at 10 o'olock in the lorenoou, be asnijined for the hearing of said petitioD, and that the heirs at law of said deceased and all otber persons interested in said estáte are requlred to appear at a sesslon of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in tuo City of Ann Arbor, and show canse if any there be. why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is f urther ordered that said petitioner frive notioe to the persons interested in gaid estáte, of the pendency of Haid petltion, and the hearing thereof, by causing a oopy of this order to be published in the Aun Arbor ArgusDemocrat, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county three suceessive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
