IN PÜRSUANCE AND BY VIRTUE OF AM order and deeree of the Circuit Court tor the Comity of Washtenaw, in chancery, in the State of Michigan, made and dated on tbe eleventh day of January, A. J). 1899, in aertain cause therein pending, whereln Joha Coyle is complainant and Catherine O'Brien, Thomas O'Brien and Edward O'Brien are defendants. Zahn to John Berger, dated Dec- mber26th,A. D. 18S5, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds, for the County of Washtenaw, and State of Michigan, on the 26th day of December, A D. 1895, in iber 92 of mqtigages, on page 104, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the time of this notiee the sumof four hundred md forty-two dollars and tifty-eighi cents, and attorney's fee of tweuty dollars provided or in said mortgage, and no suit or proceedngs at law having been instituted to recover ;he moneys secured by said mortgage or any part thereof.
