Estate of William Van Valkenburgh.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday the 13th day of February in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Present, H Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate.

In tho matter of the estate of Willlam Van Valkenburgh, deceased.

Lucinda Van Valkenburgh, executrix of the last will and testament of said deceased, comes into court and represents that she is now prepared to render her final account as such executrix.

Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the 13th day of March next at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered, that said executrix give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said account and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. --H. Real Estate For Sale.

STATE OF MICHIGAN COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss.

In the matter of the estate of Charles Binder, deceased.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order granted to the undersigned Administrator of the Estate of said deceased by the Hon. Judge of Probate for the County of Washtenaw, on the 18th day of February A.D. 1899. there will be sold at Public Vendue, to the highest bidder, at the east front door of the Court House, City of Ann Arbor in the County of Washtenaw in said State on Wednesday the 19th day of April A.D. 1899 at 2 o'clock in the afternoon of that day (subject to all encumbrances by mortgage or otherwise existing at the time of the death of said deceased) the following described real estate, to-wit:

Commencing at the south east corner of lot four (4) in block number two (2) south of Huron Street in range number three (3) east running thence north the west line of an alley running north and south through said block eighty eight feet thence west twenty feet thence south parallel with first line eighty eight feet to Liberty street thence east on the north line of Liberty street twenty feet to place of beginning: Also the right and privilege of a private alley to be used and occupied jointly with the owners joining said alley on the south side said alley described as follows viz: - Being nine feet off from the north side of the south twenty two feet of lot number three (3) in block two (2) south of Huron street in range three (3) east and running from Second street (now Ashley street) on the west to the alley on the east and extending across the entire length of said lot three (3) . --ALBERT MANN, Administrator of the estate of Charles Binder, deceased.

 

Estate of Thomas Bonner.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the 20th day of February, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Thomas Boner, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Eliza and J. W. Boner praying that the administration of said estate may be granted to M. J. Cavanaugh or some other suitable person.

Thereupon it is ordered that Saturday, the 18th day of March next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. --H.
