D. 1895, and rëcorded in the OfHce oí the Register of Deeds, for tbe County oí Washtenaw, and State of Michigan . on the u'öih duy of December, A. D. 1895, in libcr 92 cf moitgages, on page 101, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the time of this notice the suraof four hundred and forty-two dollars and flfty-eight ceuts. and attorney's fee of twenty dol lars provided lor in said mortgage, and no suit or proceedinirs at law having been instituted to recover the moneys secured by said mortgage or any part thereof.
