TWO WILLS FILED

In the Office of the Probate Judge Today.

The will of Perry Preston has been filed in the probate court. It is dated Feb. 6, 1899, and witnessed by Frank  Joslyn and William R. Fletcher. After the debts are paid the estate is to be divided share and share alike, to the testators son James J. Preston and his wife Francis J. Preston. The heirs at law are Sarah Vedder, Augusta; Charles Preston, Milan; and James J. Preston, Ypsilanti. The estate is estimated to consist of $500 real estate and $200 personal property.

The will of Sarah Prescott, of Ann Arbor has also been filed. It is dated Mar. 5, 1899, and witnessed by A. Raues and Henry Burgess. Her real estate estimated at $5,000 is to be sold within two years by her executor, August Mensing. A family monument not to cost over $500 is to be erected on the family burial lot in the cemetery near Chelsea. The residue of the estate is bequeathed to the testators sister, Mary Ann Fields.
