Judson and Grosvenor Said to Have Made up. There are a good many Judson "pipe stories," floating around. Here is another one from a Detroit paper: "The reason for Judson's soreness is said to lie in the reappointment of Food Commissioner Gorsvenor, with whom Judson has been on bad terms for some time past. The differences between Judson and Gorsvenor have been adjusted within the past week. While their relations are not exactly of the Damon and Pythias order, they are reconciled to each other. Each is willing that the other should live - and at the expense of the state. When Judson learned that Grosvenor was to be reappointed he tore his hair and acted very much like the hero of Mr. Gilbert's "Nancy Belle. '" Judson said if Grosvenor was to be reappointed, he wouldn't take anything. He would go back to Washtenaw county, buy cattle, and like A. J. Sawyer, before he would submit (to such an imposition. Finally Judson and Grosvenor were hauled into one cage, and Trainer Pingree proceeded to make a happy family of them. His effort was tolerably suocessful, and Judson and Grosvenor will work together for the good of reform."'
