Mortgage Sale.

 

DEFAULT HAVING BEEN MADE IN THE conditions of a mortgage made by Christian J. Zahn to John Berger, dated December 26th, A. D. 1895, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds, for the County of Washtenaw, and State of Michigan, on the 26th day of December, A. D, 1895, in liber 92 of mortgages, on page 104, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the time of this notice the sum of four hundred and forty-two dollars and fifty-eight cents, and attorney's fee of twenty dollars provided for in said mortgage, and no suit or proceedings at law having been instituted to recover the moneys secured by said mortgage or any part thereof.

 

Now, therefore, by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that on Saturday, the, 8th day of April, A. D. 1899, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, the mortgagee will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, at the east front door of the Court House In the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, (that being the place where the Circuit Court for Washtenaw County is holden) the premises described in said mortgage, or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the amount due on said mortgage, with six per cent interest and all legal costs, together with an attorney's fee of twenty dollars as covenanted therein, the premises being described in said mortgage as lot number nine in block number five Ormsby and Page's Addition to the City of Ann Arbor, Michigan, according to the recorded plat thereof.

Estate of Samuel H. Dodge.

 

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 12th day of January, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

 

Present, II. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate.

 

In the matter of the estate of Samuel H. Dodge, deceased.

 

Stephin H. Dodge, the administrator with will annexed and as trustee of said estate, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his final account as such administrator.

 

Thereupon it is ordered that Friday, the 7th day of April next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 9th day of March, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.

 

Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate.

 

In the matter of the Estate of Rebecca S. Dunster, deceased.

 

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Bertram Dunster Suker praying that the administration of said estate be granted to herself or some other suitable person.

 

Thereupon it is ordered that Wednesday, the 5th day of April next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted: And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulated in said County, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
