In the list of casualties telegraphed by Gen. Otis from Manila to Washington, Saturday, is found the name of First Lieut. James P. Cosgrove; of Company D.,of the First Nebraska wounded in the abdomen, slight. Cos grove graduated in the law department of the University three or four year ago and while here roomed at the house of Mail Carrier Donnelly. He was quite a boxer and was well-known in athletic circles. his friends gladly dwell upon the word "slight" in the dispatch.
