At the monthly meeting of the German Farmers' Insurance Co., held in the supervisors room Katurday, three losses were adjusted: Geovge Zeeb, Aun Arbor town, $(00 on house, $400 on contents; Agues and Josephine Stacbuseh, Lyndon, $1.457; Michael Grossman, Lodi, $100. Present at the meeting were Jacoh lïeichert, president; J. G. Schiabie, vic'e president; Charles Braun, secretary; John .letter, treasurer, and directora Matthew Seeger, Jacob Jedele and J. George Bolmet. The company has so far, for the ürst six months of the fiscal year been very successful only having losses to the extent of about 7 cents on the $100 of insurance. The average for the past years has been 20 cents. Unless there are an increased number of losses during the next half year, the members will have even less to pay in assessments tban the previous low rato.
