Commissioner's Notice.
STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw. The undersigned having been appointed by the Probate Court for said county, commissioners to receive. examine and adjust all claims and demands of all persons against the estate of Christina Hmzmann, late of said county, deceased hereby give notice that six months from date are allowed, by order of said Probate Court. for creditors to present their claims against the estate of said deceased, and that they will meet at the store of Hmzmann and Laubengayer Washington Street in the City of Ann Arbor' in said County, on Wednesday the 5th day of July, and on Wednesday the 4th day of October next, at 10 o'clock a. m., of each said days, to receive, examine and adjust said claims.
